status and track record with all their other customers. Despite not being the cheapest, they still
came out to do a free estimate which was very affordable and competitive. Their installation was
very detailed, and they walked me through everything to ensure my full satisfaction. Finally,

One was a double window, and the other was a large triple window with an "eyebrow" transome above. This was not a standard size or configuration, and required a custom solution. From the initial visit and prompt quote from Scott, communication and scheduling with Lisa in the office, detailed measurements from Dave, and ongoing support from Jobe we had an excellent experience with Window Depot. It took some creative problem solving to develop a final configuration that matched the style of the home, right down to matching grids and details. The product we placed on order was truly a design and style which fit our home and preferences. The windows were manufactured and ready for installation ahead of the estimated date. On the day of installation Dave arrived on time. The double window installation went smoothly, but upon removing the existing triple window and transome damage to the existing framing was uncovered. Dave worked with our contractor to coordinate what he would need, and the framing was replaced to accommodate the new window. Jobe helped us to have Dave return on the day we needed, and Dave did a masterful job of installation of the window and transom. The finished project is very solid, looks beautiful, and will enhance the appearance and comfort of our home for many years. We couldn't be more pleased with Window Depot and how they worked with us to find and customize the right product, and also helped us get through the situation with the unforeseen damage, all leading to a fantastic result. I understand for most windows are easy, but for us it took 6 years to save for these things. The only way we got it done was with Window Depot. The salesman Dave was real and able to meet our needs by discussing options and not trying to upsell us out of the job, he understood our needs and met us at the door with a smile. The warranty is huge and made the decision to go with Window Depot even easier. The installers where amazing! To be honest my favorite people on the entire job is always the installers. They are the guys that actually do the work and it seems at times they unsung. So I am singing for them. My windows wraps are near perfect, seams and all. They took the needed time to make sure I was satisfied before they left, they cleaned up, and even did the job a day early! The road noise has almost stopped which speaks to quality, and the promise kept by the salesman. We are both blue collar around here, and this was a small job I am sure but the entire process was seamless. They have a great Crew from Lisa on the phones to the gentlemen that came to the house! Lee W.I have a 120 year old house, so the walls are thicker than today's houses. As a result, the windows I had, which were put in around the late 70's, were set too far into the exterior siding, something Dave immediately noticed. Dave had the guys install a raised strip around the outside of the brickmold before installing the caps, so now the window frames sit out further and look much better. They also removed the old windows from the outside, leaving the interior trim intact, which was great.
The new windows look fantastic. They also do a much better job sealing out road noise than the old ones, which was important since we live not far from a highway.
Ashley and Dave, as well as Mark the installer and his crew were all top notch professionals. Fast, clean, courteous and way more knowledgeable about their trade than anyone I've worked with on the many projects we've taken on.
Their window line is top quality, AND we got a great deal based on the research I did, other bids, and people I know who have paid way more for windows.

One had to have brick removed 1st and one had to have bricks added. Window Depot was very good about holding my windows and notifying me when their windows were in so the brickwork could commence. Once the brickwork was done, they found an opening and come out withing a couple of days to put in the replacement windows to minimize the time I had to use painter's plastic dropcloths as my windows.
