enclosed with windows and a sliding patio door. I chose Window Depot because of their
amazing reviews and proof of excellence with numerous other happy customers. I have seen the
results of choosing the cheapest option, and it is a disaster waiting to happen. Though Window
Depot of Raleigh was not the cheapest option, I still chose them because of their 5-star review
status and track record with all their other customers. Despite not being the cheapest, they still
came out to do a free estimate which was very affordable and competitive. Their installation was
very detailed, and they walked me through everything to ensure my full satisfaction. Finally,
they have a phenomenal product and labor warranty. I highly recommend them for sunrooms!

Can’t recommend Window Depot enough! From the first time Scott came out to give us an estimate to the very end was a great experience. I asked about a million questions and never felt like I was being a nuisance. They were patient, understanding and accommodating. Dave walked me through what the process would look like for us and what we could expect. The crew showed up on time everyday and even stayed late to finish the job! We had some pretty significant wood rot in our framing and they fixed every last bit of it. The crew was professional and kept the area clean! Jobe kept up communication from scheduling the job to picking up the materials when it was all over. One of the best moments for us was that there were no surprise charges at the end! What we were quoted is what we paid and for that we are EXTREMELY thankful!

We used Window Depot to replace two windows in our home. One was a double window, and the other was a large triple window with an "eyebrow" transome above. This was not a standard size or configuration, and required a custom solution. From the initial visit and prompt quote from Scott, communication and scheduling with Lisa in the office, detailed measurements from Dave, and ongoing support from Jobe we had an excellent experience with Window Depot. It took some creative problem solving to develop a final configuration that matched the style of the home, right down to matching grids and details. The product we placed on order was truly a design and style which fit our home and preferences. The windows were manufactured and ready for installation ahead of the estimated date. On the day of installation Dave arrived on time. The double window installation went smoothly, but upon removing the existing triple window and transome damage to the existing framing was uncovered. Dave worked with our contractor to coordinate what he would need, and the framing was replaced to accommodate the new window. Jobe helped us to have Dave return on the day we needed, and Dave did a masterful job of installation of the window and transom. The finished project is very solid, looks beautiful, and will enhance the appearance and comfort of our home for many years. We couldn't be more pleased with Window Depot and how they worked with us to find and customize the right product, and also helped us get through the situation with the unforeseen damage, all leading to a fantastic result. We're thankful to Scott, Lisa, Jobe, and Dave, and would absolutely trust Window Depot with additional projects for our home.

I had two particularly difficult window replacements. One had to have brick removed 1st and one had to have bricks added. Window Depot was very good about holding my windows and notifying me when their windows were in so the brickwork could commence. Once the brickwork was done, they found an opening and come out withing a couple of days to put in the replacement windows to minimize the time I had to use painter's plastic dropcloths as my windows. I would definitely use Window Depot again.

The installer was the same person who measured my windows, so that was my first confidence in the company. He was efficient and did his work with a smile. He also explained coil and caulking choices so I was kept in the know throughout the installation. Easy company to do business with and their financial terms were easy to understand and work with.

Wonderful experience with Window Depot. Dave did an excellent job installing them. We replaced 27 windows. A couple of grids in the windows were wrong but they immediately ordered the correct ones and replaced them within two weeks. There was no extra charge for the color we wanted. After getting several estimates, we chose them. We are happy we did!
